I didn’t say it first, but I definitely live it!

Meet Beth…

Beth’s professional experience and career journey can be described as a “half and half”.

The first half with roles in advertising, marketing, sales, and business development.  The second half creating and facilitating technical and leadership training, people operations, change management and professional development.

Beth’s broad range of knowledge and more than 30 years of experience compliments her ability to deeply connect with people to help them achieve their goals.  She adeptly aligns business, people, and culture to create outstanding and meaningful individual and team results.

With a passion and commitment to the growth and development of others, she integrates the power of a positive mindset, self-awareness and tangible skill development to unlock both performance and potential for her clients.

Getting Here

Upon earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University, Beth began her professional career in healthcare strategy and advertising with The Hamilton Communications Group in Chicago, IL. Progressing through various roles in account and media services she spent more than six years listening and translating solutions for patients and the healthcare professionals who cared for them.

Inspired by a continued desire to make a difference in patient’s lives, she joined the Searle Pharmaceuticals global brand management team responsible for launching the highly successful arthritis therapy, Celebrex. Staying with Searle (which became Pharmacia and now Pfizer), Beth eventually transitioned into the field sales group, even more directly connecting physicians and patients.

After moving to the Carolinas, Beth joined the burgeoning start-up, Red Ventures. Initially working in business development and sales training, she stood up more than a dozen new partnerships. Beth is well known for creating the standard sales training framework, change initiatives such as attrition modeling and reduction, and crafting the first company-wide onboarding programs.

From a blank canvas, Beth created and for many years, led the company’s first manager development program, Management & Leadership Essentials Program (MLEP), a launchpad for organizational growth, as well as the Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP). She was actively engaged in the cultivation of a learning culture, including the design and operations of the company’s on-site leadership center, The Learning Curve. A meaningful experience was being the opening speaker for the leadership center and also introducing the keynote speaker (and one of her favorites), business and culture guru, Adam Grant.

Exemplifying the beliefs, values and high performance of teams, she has been twice recognized by her peers and senior management as a cultural leader. First at The Hamilton Communications Group as a recipient of the annual IZOD award, an acronym for Incredible Zeal and Overwhelming Dedication, and again at Red Ventures as a 2017 Culture Carrier.
